Introduction

At Downtown Collingwood BIA, we understand the importance of the security of confidential information of all types including the protection of the privacy of personal information. As a Local Board of the local Municipality under the Municipal Act or the Toronto Act (as applicable), Downtown Collingwood BIA may have obligations under the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act., including in relation to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information.

Purposes of Collection, Use, Retention and Disclosure of Personal Information

Downtown Collingwood BIA collects, uses, retains and discloses personal information of individuals who interact with the Downtown Collingwood BIA (“Individuals”) as necessary to operate Downtown Collingwood BIA, and to provide services and programs to Downtown Collingwood BIA‘s stakeholders.
